Porte Rouge founder, Meghan Chomut started her career in finance by packing her bags and moving over 5,000 kms away. She loved everything about her time in Scotland (yes, even the weather).

One of her favourite things was learning about the tradition of painting the door of your home red once you’ve paid it off. It’s like checking off a box on your to-do list that also involves celebration, announcing to the world and having your community a part of the accomplishment. Also inspiring others that big goals are possible.
